Job summary

Ardent Mills is seeking an Organizational Change Manager in Denver. You will independently manage moderately complex change initiatives, partnering with project and business leaders to plan and execute change management activities within established frameworks.

You will influence adoption across functions through stakeholder engagement, communications, training, and reinforcement strategies, ensuring consistency and strengthening organizational change capability.

Qualifications

• BA degree in Instructional Design, Communication, Education, Business, Organizational Development or related field.
• 10+ years of equivalent experience in change management or learning development.
• Working knowledge of adult learning theory and practice.
• Familiarity with ADKAR and ADDIE models.
• Proven facilitation competence.
• Strong content writing expertise.
• Ability to visually design end-user materials.
• Experience delivering learning solution design across all phases.
• Ability to present creative pitches to stakeholders.
• High aptitude for learning new technology.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute change management activities with project and business leaders.
• Design and deliver comprehensive change management plans.
• Assess people-side impact and tailor adoption plans.
• Coordinate change-related timelines, workstreams, and deliverables.
• Create end-user communications, training content, and collateral.
• Advise stakeholders on change leadership best practices.
• Build and maintain change networks for knowledge sharing.
• Ensure alignment with organizational methodologies and frameworks.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and effectiveness with data.
• Collaborate with vendors to reinforce desired behaviors.
