Job summary

Everforth ECS in Arlington, VA is seeking a Change Management SME to lead a human-centered change management and CX capability for a National Security client. The role oversees portfolio CX roadmaps, HCD baselines, and large-scale adoption work.

You will lead a team of change strategists and HCD practitioners, shape communications, and ensure handoffs between design and engineering to enable successful program transformation.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in Change Management, CX, or HCD, including leading multi-disciplinary teams.
• Proven expertise in change-management planning, stakeholder engagement, organizational readiness, and strategic communications.
• Strong track record establishing portfolio-level CX roadmaps, HCD capability baselines, and progress evaluations.
• Hands-on experience directing user research methodologies and evidence-based decision criteria.
