Qualifications

• Ten years of experience supporting DoD information technology training or instructional design.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Possess sufficient knowledge and strong communication skills to effectively and efficiently execute and control all change management and training related elements of the contract.
• Documented experience leading change management initiatives and have strong written and oral communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare the Customer acquisition community for changes from higher-level Department and Federal regulations across the contract lifecycle.
• Maintain stakeholder analysis identifying stakeholders, their roles, usage of Navy ePS, and impact to Customer processes.
• Develop, deliver and monitor an Organization Change Management (OCM) plan and ensure its execution and effectiveness.
• Assess organizational structure and accountability, roles, and reporting lines.
• Attend Government Control Boards, document impacts, and sustain user engagement and policy changes with performance metrics.
• Submit Change Requests (RFC) on behalf of the Customer to enable mission success.
