Job summary

The Virginia Department of Medical Assistance Services (DMAS) seeks a seasoned Business Analyst / Change Management Analyst for the FAS DDI program. This 1099 contract role is 100% remote from Day 1, with standard EST hours and equipment pickup required in person as needed.

The candidate will process, track, and coordinate project deliverables, manage version control, and work with vendors, SMEs, PMO, and project teams to ensure SDLC-compliant documentation and timely responses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Change and Release Management with version control.
• 5+ years SDLC experience.
• 5+ years data entry and work order processing.
• 5+ years tracking and reporting, process control, and workflow management.
• Strong oral and written communication with customers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Support Design, Development, and Implementation (DDI) within Change Management Office.
• Process MES O&M requests and vendor deliverables.
• Log, track, and route project deliverables to SMEs and PMs.
• Maintain databases and project deliverable files.
• Generate recurring and ad-hoc status reports.
• Collaborate with management, SMEs, PMO, and vendors on cross-functional requests.
• Ensure proper version control and SDLC documentation.
