Random Bit is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to help with enterprise system modernization planning across Medicaid domains. You will analyze processes, develop models, document requirements, and assess implementation impacts while collaborating with Enterprise Architects. Remote work is possible, with EST business hours 8am–5pm.

This full-time W-2 role offers a full benefits package and opportunities to influence strategic transformation initiatives.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
5+ years proven working experience in business analysis.
Certification such as CBAP or PMI-PBA preferred.

Responsabilités

Interview SMEs, technical staff, and architects to gather requirements and opportunities.
Serve as thought leader for business and technical processes analyzed.
Create, maintain, and update detailed documentation: BRD, use cases, user stories.
Capture business, information, and application models from work sessions and analysis.
Evaluate requirements with architectural impacts on data exchange and implementations.
Prepare outlines to manage stakeholder expectations.
Produce clear documentation and visuals for analysis outcomes.
Conduct QA on completed deliverables.
