Huron, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Change Management practice in the United States. You will support change strategies, stakeholder analyses, and deliverables for ERP implementations, working with global and onshore teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in change management or consulting, a related bachelor's degree, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. The base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 with eligibility for annual incentives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 1–3 years in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation.
• Hands-on experience supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations (Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics 365).
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work with cross-functional and global teams.
• Willingness to travel 50%.

Responsibilities

• Support the execution of change management strategies to drive adoption and minimize resistance during transformation initiatives
• Conduct stakeholder assessments, impact analysis, and change readiness assessments
• Develop and execute change management deliverables including communication plans and training materials
• Coordinate with global and onshore teams, ensuring timely and high‑quality delivery of change artifacts
• Contribute to internal capability development, templates, and best practices for Change Management
• Support ERP and Workday implementations by aligning people, process, and technology change activities
