Job summary

Huron, a global consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Analyst to join our Change Management practice in the United States. You will support change strategies, stakeholder analyses, and deliverables for ERP implementations, working with global and onshore teams.

The role requires 1–3 years in change management or consulting, a related bachelor's degree, strong communication, and the ability to travel up to 50%. The base salary ranges from $85,000 to $95,000 with eligibility for annual incentives.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Engineering, Psychology, Communications, Management, or a related field.

• 1-3 years of experience in change management, organizational development, consulting, or transformation programs.

• Hands‑on experience supporting change initiatives for technology and ERP implementations, including Oracle, Workday, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or equivalent platforms.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messages for different audiences

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Ability to work effectively with cross‑functional and global teams

• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills

• Travel 50%

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with formal change management methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, or similar)
• Consulting or professional services experience

The estimated base salary range for this job is $85,000 - $95,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $91,800 - $106,400. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
