Job summary

Huron is seeking a Senior Manager in the United States to lead client engagements, guide project and engagement management, and mentor teams through cloud transformation initiatives. You will blend strategy, analytics, and people leadership to deliver results across HCM, ERP, and integration work.

The role involves extensive data analysis, pursuit to delivery, and travel up to 50%. Base salary ranges from $165,000 to $190,000, with total compensation up to $231,250 including incentives, and

Qualifications

• 6–10 years of cloud implementations in a consulting role.
• Experience as a functional lead or technical specialist.
• Strong coaching and leadership to grow others.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM solution design and delivery.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HCM, ERP, and third‑party systems.
• Manage client engagements from pursuit to delivery, with data‑driven insights.
• Mentor team members and support practice development.
