Job summary

Releady is seeking a Senior Change Lead for a client in the Phoenix metro area within a product and technology group. You will own how a large stakeholder group understands, accepts, and adopts a new way of working, and you will be accountable for whether adoption happens.

This is a hybrid role, 2 to 3 days a week onsite, with a contract of 6 months and potential to extend or convert. Compensation: $68 to $78 per hour.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in organizational change management.
• Experience on operating model, ways of working, or cultural change.
• Direct experience supporting a shift toward a product operating model.
• Strong executive presence and credibility with senior leaders.
• Excellent facilitation across large groups and workshops.
• Fluency in change frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR or Kotter.

Responsibilities

• Own the change strategy end to end, from stakeholder analysis through to measured adoption.
• Explain what a product operating model is and how it differs from past ways of working for leaders.
• Craft the narrative for change and tailor it for each audience.
• Map stakeholder landscape, anticipate resistance, and plan accordingly.
• Design, facilitate, and run workshops and offsites.
• Establish an adoption baseline and measure progress against it.
• Coach senior leaders through sponsorship and difficult conversations.
• Collaborate with product, design, research, and engineering leadership to reinforce the model.
• Create change artifacts such as readiness assessments and communication frameworks.
• Oversee communications and enablement resources for the effort.
• Report adoption progress to executives and adjust based on data.
