Job summary

City National Bank in Los Angeles seeks an experienced Change Initiative Manager III to lead end-to-end, cross-line of business change programs. You will architect program structures, manage large budgets, and partner with business and technology stakeholders to ensure delivery within the Enterprise Change Management Framework.

You will drive governance, risk management, and portfolio health, coaching project managers, and reporting progress to senior management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive experience in Program Management Office (PMO) / Change Management and/or end-to-end complex change programs with multi-department/Line of Business impact.
• Minimum 7 years banking/financial services and/or technology industry experience.
• Preferred: Prosci Change Management certification.
• Preferred: PMI/ PMP certification.
• Preferred: Lean Six Sigma certification.
• Knowledge of Treasury Management products and services.

Responsibilities

• Establish program vision with Business leads and communicate it to stakeholders.
• Ensure project outcomes align with Critical To Quality performance objectives.
• Supervise a project or multiple projects and, in matrix environments, other project/change managers.
• Maintain master plans and schedules, develop solutions to challenges, and deliver on time and budget.
• Collaborate with upper management and stakeholders for governance and alignment.
• Govern and track all workstreams; manage scope changes with formal change requests.
• Identify and mitigate risks; take corrective actions.
• Provide regular reporting to executives on milestones, risks and decisions.
• Provide guidance and management of project managers and dashboards for program health.
• Manage program budget and costs and ensure quality controls on financial products and services.
