Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Change Enablement Senior Manager to lead end-to-end change planning and adoption across multiple release initiatives. You will work closely with the Change Enablement Director, Communications, IT Governance, and Solution Delivery to ensure alignment and high-quality outcomes.

The role also emphasizes mentoring practitioners and elevating team capabilities. This position operates within a fast-paced release cycle, applying ADKAR-aligned methods and leveraging

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of organizational change management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise-level change management in tech/product organizations.
• Prosci or equivalent certification strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent releases without close supervision.
• Experience mentoring junior change practitioners and delivering measurable development outcomes.
• Strong synthesis and communication skills to translate input into actionable plans.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery of release-level change plans and adoption metrics.
• Coordinate training and change activities across the release with cross-functional partners.
• Maintain release-level plan coherence and ensure artifacts are up-to-date.
• onboard DSEs and leaders before adoption; document engagement.
• Provide guidance on resistance management and escalate risks as needed.
• Influence stakeholders in IT Governance and planning discussions.
