Job summary

The Change Enablement Senior Manager at Cox Automotive CAPTG leads end-to-end release change planning across multiple initiatives, partnering with Communications, IT Governance, and COEs to ensure adoption and impact. This role drives high-quality planning, collaboration, and governance across complex releases.

The position emphasizes mentorship, leadership, and developing team capabilities while applying AI-assisted workflows and data-driven insights to improve delivery and stakeholder

Qualifications

• Minimum/required: bachelor's degree and 8+ years in organizational change management, or advanced degrees with proportional experience.
• Experience leading enterprise change in tech or product orgs.
• Prosci certification or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple releases with minimal supervision.
• Experience mentoring junior practitioners; strong synthesis and communication.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end release-level change planning and adoption across initiatives.
• Coordinate training, measure adoption and change health across releases.
• Collaborate with Change Lead, Communications, IT Governance, DSEs, COEs.
• Mentor Change Enablement team members and support their growth.
• Identify process gaps and propose improvements with Director.
