Job summary

Kastech Software Solutions Group is seeking a Change Control Lead to own the Change Control process across fixed-fee implementations. You will evaluate changes, coordinate estimates, and document formal Change Orders while protecting project profitability and client satisfaction.

The role requires strong governance skills, experience with enterprise software, and the ability to interact with CIOs, CFOs, and executive sponsors.

Qualifications

• Experience leading enterprise software implementations and change-control processes.
• Ability to interpret Statements of Work and contracts with a governance mindset.
• Strong negotiation and executive communication skills.
• Proven track record managing profitability and client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Own the Change Control process from request through approval.
• Serve as primary contact for all project scope changes.
• Evaluate changes against contractual scope and objectives.
• Coordinate estimates, schedule impacts, and pricing recommendations.
• Prepare Change Orders and supporting documentation.
• Maintain Change Request Register and executive reporting.
• Chair weekly Change Control Review meetings.
• Escalate risks to executive leadership.
