Job summary

KBR is seeking a Change Control Specialist to lead ITSM change governance for enterprise IT systems and distributed test infrastructure. The role requires strong experience with ServiceNow and Jira Service Management, and a deep understanding of Change Management processes in a defense/space environment.

The ideal candidate will manage RFC lifecycles, align with Service Desk operations, and ensure compliance with federal standards while working in a fully remote capacity across CONUS.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ITSM experience with emphasis on Change Control/Change Management.
• Active administration background in IT Service Desk, ticket triage, and incident lifecycle management.
• Proven ability to lead CAB discussions and enforce change discipline across distributed teams.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and chair CAB and ECAB meetings across multi-region time zones.
• Manage change workflows, templates, dashboards, and automated approvals in ServiceNow and Jira Service Management.
• Coordinate cross-platform ticket linkages and publish SOPs, KBs and user guides.
