Johnson Brothers in Saint Paul, MN is seeking a Chain Accounts Manager to oversee chains for Johnson Wine and Spirits and Vintage divisions. You will lead and develop a team of Chain Managers and Merchandisers, driving sales strategies and brand growth with major chains.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years in beverage wholesale or related management, with strong leadership, forecasting, pricing, and pricing strategy skills.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred.
• Four or more years related experience, preferably management work with an alcoholic beverage wholesaler or supplier and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience

Mansioni

• Act as liaison to all suppliers through the development of chain accounts sales, marketing plans and initiatives
• Lead and educate Chain Managers on how to create and heighten awareness for our brands, maximize brand and profit growth
• Maintain grow relationships with chain accounts
• Evaluate performance through measuring and reporting results
• Set goals and objectives for the team, develop strategies for continued growth, define relationships with chain account buyer and solve any issues related to given chains
• Provide leadership, develop programs, communicate and motivate team to execute on set programs
• Responsible for presenting chain strategies consistently, discuss chain issues and statues updates at team meetings
• Develop sales forecasts and scheduling of timeline of product delivery
• Assists in planning and coordination of pricing and delivery, etc.
• Participates in product display design and pricing of units
