Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist for the Commercial General Liability team. The role combines hybrid in-office collaboration with focused remote work, supporting multi-party claims of moderate to high exposure across a broad US footprint.

You will interpret policies, analyze coverage, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and brokers to deliver a high-quality claims experience while growing your claims expertise.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 2+ years of claims and/or litigation management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of claims and/or litigation management.
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8+ years of claims and/or litigation management.
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 6+ years of claims experience.
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program with 6+ years of claims experience.
• Must obtain and maintain required adjuster licenses.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of insurance regulations, markets, and products.
