Job summary

Zurich North America is seeking a Senior Claims Specialist to advance in a hybrid work setting. You will interpret General Liability policies and manage multi-party claims of moderate to high exposure while collaborating with customers, vendors, and brokers to ensure superior service.

You will work within the Commercial General Liability Team, developing your technical skills and contributing to a customer-centric claims experience across our North America offices.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor with 2+ years of Claims/Litigation Management experience or
• Bachelor’s Degree with 6+ years of experience in Claims/Litigation Management or
• High School Diploma Equivalent with 8+ years of experience in Claims/Litigation Management or
• Zurich Certified Insurance Apprentice with an Associate Degree and 6+ years of experience in Claims/Litigation Management or
• Completion of Zurich Claims Training Program and 6+ years of experience in Claims/Litigation Management

Responsibilities

• Interpret General Liability policy and coverage to resolve claims.
• Handle multi-party commercial line claims of moderate to high exposure.
• Collaborate with customers, vendors, brokers and internal teams for quality service.
• Learn and apply established protocols and industry best practices.
• Develop knowledge of claims adjustment process and establish scope/exposure.
