Job summary

E-ONE, a Terex company, seeks an experienced welder to perform advanced welding tasks in 2G/3G/6G positions, reading blueprints and specifications to select proper processes. This role requires strict adherence to safety, quality standards, and welding codes.

You will operate welding equipment, inspect welds, and support lean initiatives. Qualified candidates may have 0–1 year of experience or proven welding skills; teamwork and a commitment to E-ONE quality are valued.

Qualifications

• High school graduate and proficient in blueprint reading.
• Proficiency in TIG, MIG, and flux core welding processes.
• Must be able to pass 2G/3G/6G certification within 30 days of hire.
• Strong understanding of welding codes and inspection techniques.
• Ability to read basic assembly prints and weld symbols.
• Commitment to E-ONE quality standards and Lean methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Read blueprints, technical drawings, specs to determine welding processes and sequences.
• Prepare materials and setups; ensure welds meet safety and quality standards.
• Inspect welds for defects; ensure compliance with codes and third-party testing.
• Operate and maintain welding equipment and automated systems.
• Follow safety procedures and assist in training other welders.
• May support additional operations to maintain workflow.
