PeerStar is seeking a Certified Peer Support Supervisor to lead and supervise Certified Peer Specialists across home and community settings. You will oversee documentation, ensure adherence to recovery principles, and support staff with coaching and resources to improve client outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, organization, and field supervision skills, with a focus on quality care in Pennsylvania’s consumer services. State training may be required.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field (or equivalent).
• Experience in mental health direct care settings preferred.
• Completion of a peer supervisor training curriculum within 6 months of start.

Aufgaben

• Supervise weekly meetings with certified peer specialists.
• Monitor and review documentation.
• Ensure compliance with recovery principles and service plans.
• Provide feedback and guidance to peers and staff.
• Coordinate with community resources for clients.
• Run reports to track service delivery and performance.
• Assign caseloads based on need and availability.
• Oversee initial field supervision for new staff (6 hours).
• Prepare incident reports when needed and follow up on high-risk cases.
