Job summary

Peerstar LLC is seeking a Certified Peer Support Supervisor to lead a team of Certified Peer Specialists in home and community settings across Pennsylvania. You will supervise, mentor, review documentation, and ensure that care plans address current needs while upholding recovery principles.

The role also involves coordinating field supervision, generating reports, and providing guidance to peers, with strong emphasis on communication and program integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in a related field is required or equivalent supervisory experience.
• Two to four years of mental health direct care experience, including peer support, with CPS supervisory training within 6 months.
• Current CPS certification strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide weekly supervision meetings with certified peer specialists.
• Monitor and review peer specialists’ documentation and service plans.
• Ensure adherence to the 10 fundamental elements and guiding principles of mental health recovery.
• Oversee service delivery, run daily utilization reports, and adjust assignments as needed.
• Oversee initial field supervision for new peer specialists and complete required reports.
