Virtual Vocations Inc. seeks a Senior Certified Coder - HB Inpatient for remote, full-time work. You will analyze complex clinical information to assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT/HCPCS codes while ensuring compliance and accuracy across care settings.

Competenze

• Minimum of 1 year of coding experience.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Certification required: AHIMA-RHIA/RHIT/CCS or AAPC-CPC/CIC/COC completed.

Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Senior Certified Coder - HB Inpatient will analyze complex clinical information to assign ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT/HCPCS codes across various care settings, ensuring compliance and accuracy in coding practices.

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of coding experience

• AHIMA-RHIA, AHIMA-RHIT, AHIMA-CCS, AAPC-CPC, AAPC-CIC, or AAPC-COC certification required
• Proficiency in applying ICD-10-CM, ICD-10-PCS, and CPT/HCPCS coding guidelines
• Ability to independently interpret clinical documentation to support coding accuracy
