Qualifications

• 5-7 years Cerner/Oracle Health experience
• 3+ years supporting Registration, Scheduling, Patient Access, or Revenue Cycle workflows
• Bachelor's degree in IS/Health Informatics or related field preferred

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary analyst and SME for Cerner Registration and provide secondary support for Scheduling and other Revenue Cycle applications.
• Evaluate, configure, test, maintain, and support Cerner Registration and Scheduling applications.
• Resolve complex application issues and communicate solution status, risks, issues, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Analyze business requirements and translate needs into system configuration and workflow solutions.
• Participate in system implementations, upgrades, and optimization initiatives.
• Maintain knowledge of Cerner functionality and revenue cycle best practices.
