Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Centralized Controller to lead the centralized accounting operations for our portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. The role ensures timely financial reporting, oversees month-end closings, balance sheet reconciliations, cash flow management, and adherence to USALI and GAAP, partnering with property leaders and corporate finance.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration required; CPA designation preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, USALI, and hospitality accounting practices.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized accounting operations for the portfolio of hotels and resorts.
• Manage month-end close activities, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial statement preparation.
• Monitor cash flow and ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to drive standardization and efficiency.
