Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Centralized Controller to join our Corporate Finance Team. The role oversees centralized accounting operations for our portfolio of hotels and resorts, ensuring timely, accurate reporting and strong internal controls.

Preferred location is Kirkland, WA, with remote options in WA, SC, NV, TX, CO, LA, VA, or FL. You will lead month-end close, balance sheets, and audits, mentor property accounting teams, and drive standardization across the network.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP, USALI, and hospitality accounting practices.
• Experience with centralized accounting across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized accounting operations for the hotel portfolio.
• Manage month-end and year-end close processes and reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements, cash flow, and internal controls.
• Ensure audit readiness and policy compliance.
• Train and mentor property accounting teams; drive standardization.
