Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Centralized Controller to join our Corporate Finance Team. The role oversees centralized accounting for our luxury portfolio, ensuring GAAP, USALI compliance, and accurate monthly close across multiple properties.

The position offers remote work options across eligible states, with preference for our Kirkland, WA office. You will mentor property accounting teams, drive standardization, and strengthen internal controls while supporting audits and financial

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• CPA designation preferred.
• Experience in hospitality finance is preferred.
• Experience managing centralized multi-property accounting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized accounting operations for the portfolio.
• Lead month-end close and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Prepare financial statements and cash flow reports.
• Strengthen internal controls and audit readiness.
• Train and mentor property accounting teams.
