Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Centralized Controller to oversee centralized accounting operations for our portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. You will ensure accurate, timely financial reporting, balance sheet integrity, and support for audits while partnering with property leadership and corporate finance to enhance internal controls.

The role involves mentoring property accounting teams, driving standardization, and advancing efficiencies across the organization’s accounting

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of hospitality finance and accounting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Admin; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and USALI.
• Experience with centralized accounting across multiple properties.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized accounting operations for the hotel portfolio.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of month-end close and financial reporting.
• Maintain balance sheet integrity and assist audits.
• Develop training and mentoring for property accounting teams.
