Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Centralized Controller to lead the centralized accounting operations for its portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. The role partners with property leadership and corporate finance to ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The controller will oversee month-end close, balance sheet integrity, and compliance with GAAP/USALI, while mentoring property accounting teams and driving standardization across the organization.

Formación

• 5-7+ years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience
• Strong technical knowledge of U.S. GAAP and USALI
• Experience managing accounting processes, financial reporting, and internal controls in hotel/resort environments
• Experience supporting multiple properties in a centralized accounting structure is desirable

Responsabilidades

• Oversee centralized accounting operations supporting portfolio of hotels and resorts
• Oversee month-end close activities and balance sheet reconciliations
• Prepare financial statements and monitor cash flow
• Support audits and ensure compliance with policies and standards
• Train, mentor, and support property accounting teams to drive standardization and efficiency
