Job summary

Noble House Hotels & Resorts seeks a Centralized Controller to lead our centralized accounting for a portfolio of luxury hotels and resorts. The role partners with property leadership and corporate finance to ensure GAAP and USALI compliance, accuracy, and timely reporting.

Preference for the Corporate Office in Kirkland, WA, but remote work is possible for candidates in WA, SC, NV, TX, CO, LA, VA, or FL. Strong financial leadership and training skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5-7+ years of progressive hospitality finance and accounting experience, including leadership roles.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration; CPA preferred.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and USALI in hotel accounting.
• Experience with centralized accounting for multiple properties is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee centralized accounting operations for portfolio of hotels and resorts.
• Manage month-end close, balance sheet reconciliations, and financial reporting.
• Ensure cash flow management and compliance with policies and GAAP/USALI.
• Collaborate with property leadership and corporate finance to drive consistency and efficiency.
