Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• 10+ years experience in energy/HVAC or central utility plant modeling.
• Experience with M&V analyses (IPMVP).
• 5+ years HVAC design engineering or energy savings projects.
• Knowledge of central utility plants and building systems.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, calibrate, and validate central plant simulation models.
• Perform M&V analyses to quantify energy savings.
• Lead commissioning and optimize OB CUP algorithms post-integration.
• Train plant managers and operators on OB CUP analytics.
• Collaborate with engineering, software, and product teams to improve methodologies.
