Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Central Operations experience in banking operations and/or supervisory roles.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Acute attentiveness to instructions and details.
• Proficiency with administrative computer systems including Word, Excel, and Outlook; strong typing; familiarity with Webex/Teams/Zoom.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance and training to staff of the Central Operations Team.
• Identify and escalate issues; update procedures and document changes.
• Ensure deadlines are met, minimize losses, and maximize client service quality.
• Perform key operational tasks: chargebacks, ACH/Reg E, wires, check processing, disputes, and reconciliations.
• Assist in audits and prepare management reports as needed.
