Qualifications

  • Associate's degree in recreation-related field required, with two years planning and supervision experience.
  • One year of supervisory experience required.
  • Must possess driver’s license and certifications (First Aid/CPR, Lifeguard, CPO/AFO) before employment.
  • Availability to work outside normal hours including nights and weekends.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day operations of leisure and recreational activities and programs.
  • Ensure center operates in compliance with guidelines, standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Promote wellness, social engagement, and quality of life for adults and seniors at the Senior Centre.
