These knowledge, skills, and abilities are usually, although not always, acquired through the completion of an Associate's degree in Recreation Administration, Recreation Management, Recreation Administration, Parks Administration, Leisure Sciences, Physical Education, or a related area, two (2) years of experience in planning, coordinating, and supervising recreational and leisure adult/senior activities and programming, and one (1) year of supervisory experience. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
