Job summary

Durham School Services is seeking a results-driven CSC Manager to lead our Central Service Center operations, driving service quality, safety, and strong customer partnerships. You will collaborate with regional leaders to implement plans, oversee budgets, and build a high-performing team.

The role requires a Bachelor's in business or related field (MBA preferred) or 10+ years of experience, 3+ years supervisory, P&L oversight, and bilingual skills a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field; or 10 years of comparable experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience and P&L oversight.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.
• Knowledge of risk assessment to resolve customer issues while avoiding unnecessary risk.
• Knowledge of leadership and management practices to effectively manage CSC personnel.

Responsibilities

• Delivers overall performance and results for the CSC.
• Collaborates with company leaders to understand business goals and creates a CSC operating plan.
• Ensures the CSC is customer-centric and builds strong partnerships.
• Develops CSC plans and priorities to address resources and operational challenges.
• Meets regularly with school district administrators to review service quality and performance.
• Builds relationships to ensure customer retention and growth.
