Job summary

Summit School Services LLC is seeking a CSC Manager to lead regional operations, drive performance, and ensure top-tier transportation service for students. You will partner with executives to set goals, manage budgets, and develop plans that improve safety, reliability, and customer satisfaction.

The role requires supervisory experience, P&L oversight, and a commitment to ethical practices. A Bachelor’s degree is required; MBA is a plus. Strong leadership and bilingual ability are beneficial.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, management or related field; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience and P&L oversight.
• Proven ability to meet service delivery expectations including customer and safety.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.
• Knowledge of risk assessment to resolve customer issues and manage CSC personnel.
• Knowledge of customer service best practices to build strong relationships.
• Knowledge of leadership and management practices and techniques.

Responsibilities

• Delivers overall performance and results for the CSC.
• Collaborates with company leaders to align with business goals and creates an operating plan.
• Ensures CSC is customer-centric and builds strong partnerships.
• Develops CSC plans to address resource and operational challenges.
• Reviews budgets and develops annual operating plan and business reviews.
• Directs, coaches and develops CSC staff to perform independently.
• Builds image by collaborating with customers, government and community.
• Creates a culture of safety and high-quality service.
• Meets with school district administrators to review service quality.
• Supports sales efforts with data gathering for new business.
