Job summary

Durham School Services has an opening for a CSC Operations Manager to lead our customer service centers and drive safety, quality transportation, and superb service.

You will partner with regional leadership to implement operating plans, oversee budgets, and build strong relationships with school districts and partners. Travel up to 10% is required, with a focus on safe, reliable transportation and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, management or related field or 10-12 years of comparable experience; MBA preferred.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience and P&L oversight.
• Willingness to travel up to 10%.
• Bi-lingual abilities a plus.
• Knowledge of risk assessment to resolve customer issues and manage CSC personnel.

Responsibilities

• Delivers overall performance and results for the CSC.
• Collaborates with company leaders to align CSC plans with business goals.
• Ensures the CSC is customer-centric and builds strong partnerships.
• Develops operating plans to address resources and operational challenges.
• Reviews budgets and develops annual operating plans.
• Directs and coaches CSC staff to act independently and effectively.
