Job summary

Qualifications

• Associates degree in nutrition or food services or equivalent experience.
• Three years’ experience planning, preparing and serving large quantities of food.
• Experience handling 100-150 meals with sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and trains kitchen staff and volunteers.
• Plans a six-week menu cycle in accordance with nutrition standards.
• Purchases food items and ensures proper storage and accessibility.
• Ensures sanitation standards and equipment maintenance.
• Leads and participates in special programs as needed.
