The purpose of this position is to create a welcoming, vibrant, uplifting, and supportive environment for the senior community while actively building strong rapport and trust with members. This role delivers diverse programming tailored to varying activity levels by researching, planning, and executing classes, day trips, and special events, as well as managing monthly activity schedules and communications. The Coordinator plays a critical role in volunteer management by recruiting, training, and retaining a team of 100+ volunteers, while serving as a primary resource and advocate for senior members.
