The ideal candidate has extensive cementing experience and can coordinate training, performance reviews, and cross-functional collaboration with HR and district management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or STEM field required.
• 5+ years cementing experience in field operations.
• Proven ability to manage field personnel and assets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee field personnel and equipment at the wellsite.
• Approve purchase orders, service orders and invoices for equipment.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and fair employment practices.
• Respond to Company and Client needs on a 24-hour call basis.
• Recruit, hire and train staff; evaluate performance and promotions.
• Coordinate pricing and bids with the location supervisor.
