Job summary

PROPWR is seeking a Cement Service Supervisor to oversee field operations on location in Midland, TX. You will manage cement equipment service, troubleshoot issues, ensure accuracy of invoicing and material readiness, and maintain safety compliance on all shifts.

The role requires Class A CDL, a clean driving record, familiarity with DOT/FMCSA rules, and strong communication. You will coordinate with customers and perform essential field tasks daily.

Qualifications

• Class A CDL is required and a clean driving record is essential.
• Hazmat endorsements preferred and FMCSA regulations familiarity expected.
• Ability to operate trucks with manual transmission and to perform CMV pre/post-trip inspections.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Proven mechanical aptitude and basic tool handling knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Oversee cement equipment service operations on location.
• Ensure equipment is maintained and operational and perform quality checks.
• Prepare materials and equipment for each job and communicate with customer reps.
• Perform cement volume calculations and rig up/down equipment.
• Troubleshoot equipment issues and input invoices with correct charges, discounts, and additives.
• Complete Railroad Commission paperwork and ensure PPE/HSE compliance.
• Direct convoy, inspect vehicles, and maintain on-site housekeeping.
