Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions, Inc. seeks a Cement Supervisor 1 to lead the cementing crew at well sites across the United States. You will supervise operators, coordinate rigging up and down, perform cement job calculations, and ensure accurate paperwork and logs are completed.

You will enforce HSE standards, conduct safety meetings, monitor equipment, and coach team members. A strong knowledge of DOT, CDL, and bulk cementing operations is essential to deliver safe, efficient, and compliant well

Qualifications

• Knowledge of and compliance with DOT rules and regulations.
• Understanding of company policies, HSE standards, and departmental guidelines.
• Proficiency in driving Commercial A Vehicles.
• Familiarity with lifting equipment, hoists, and slings.
• Ability to perform equipment function checks and basic maintenance.
• Knowledge of all bulk equipment, high-pressure iron rig up/down, mixing pumps, and auxiliary equipment.

Responsibilities

• Lead cementing crew and ensure professional conduct.
• Coordinate rigging up and down of service line equipment.
• Ensure proper cleaning and preparation of equipment after jobs.
• Interface with customers to align job site execution with design.
• Follow up with customers on site performance and resolve risks as needed.
• Perform cement job calculations and verify blend sheets.
• Maintain documentation including logs and inspections.
• Enforce PPE use and safety protocols.
• Conduct crew briefings and monitor equipment for safety.
