Job summary

NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. is seeking a Cement Supervisor 1 to lead the cementing crew on well-site operations in Pennsylvania. You will coordinate rig up/down, oversee equipment readiness, and ensure safe, compliant execution for each job.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, 4–7 years in oilfield cementing, a valid CDL or CDL eligibility, and strong communication with management and clients. You will coach operators, perform basic maintenance checks, and uphold HSE standards.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of DOT rules and regulations and compliance expectations.
• Ability to drive Commercial A Vehicles and operate lifting equipment.
• Experience coaching crew members and supervising cement jobs.
• Basic computer literacy for reporting and recordkeeping.

Responsibilities

• Lead cementing crew and ensure safety and quality at the well site.
• Coordinate rig up/down of cementing operations and equipment.
• Ensure job paperwork and pressures are properly documented.
• Communicate with management, clients, and crews for smooth execution.
• Ensure PPE use and adherence to HSE practices.
