Job summary

ProPetro is seeking a Cement Field Supervisor to oversee field cement operations personnel and perform Cement Service Supervisor duties as needed. The role focuses on data-driven problem solving, safety, and effective leadership in a fast-paced field environment.

The candidate will manage schedules, maintain equipment, and ensure DOT and HSE compliance while guiding a team through daily priorities. CDL-A and strong communication skills are preferred assets for success.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Cement Service Supervisor or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean record; CDL-A preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to gather, interpret, and analyze data to provide solutions.
• Proficient in math and able to perform calculations.
• Physically able to bend, lift up to 50 lbs., and work outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Act as supervisory direct report for all field cement operations personnel and set daily priorities.
• Manage time and attendance duties, including timecards and PTO requests.
• Ensure maintenance and DOT upkeep on vehicles/equipment used in cement operations.
• Perform Cement Service Supervisor duties as needed.
• Investigate issues during a cement job and provide effective solutions.
• Input invoices and confirm charges for chemicals/additives; complete required paperwork.
