You will train, onboard, and qualify treatment centers, oversee ordering, logistics, and product handling, and partner with cross-functional teams to ensure compliant, efficient patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in science, healthcare, nursing or business.
• Minimum 7 years of healthcare, pharmaceutical or related experience.
• Experience with cell therapy operations or regulated healthcare environments.
• Ability to influence stakeholders in matrixed organizations.
• Strong project management, planning and execution skills.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute onboarding, training, qualification, and readiness activities for CAR-T centers.
• Serve as field-based operational lead for treatment centers covering ordering, logistics, apheresis collection, product flow.
• Provide high-quality operational support to care teams and internal stakeholders.
• Resolve complex operational challenges related to ordering, logistics, and site readiness.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory and quality requirements and audit readiness.
• Lead site readiness, continuity, and refresher training initiatives.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to align strategy and improve patient outcomes.
