Qualifications

• B.S. with 8+ years of hands-on industry experience; M.S. with 4 years; PhD with 1+ year in related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor technical support for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPAs with data-driven analyses.
• Support technology transfer, PPQ, and regulatory readiness activities.
• Draft and revise batch records, SOPs and technical reports.
