AstraZeneca plc Rockville, MD is seeking a Senior Process Engineer for MS&T in cell therapy. You will lead on-the-floor support, drive CAPAs, and support tech transfer, validation, and regulatory readiness.

Strong GMP experience in cell therapy is required, with a focus on data-driven improvements across campaigns. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, documentation, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in cell therapy unit operations in GMP environments.
• Experience with process development, tech transfer, and validation activities.
• Ability to lead complex deviation investigations and CAPA work.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-the-floor technical support for cell therapy campaigns.
• Lead deviation investigations and CAPA implementation with data.
• Support technology transfer, PPQ, and process validation activities.
• Draft and revise batch records, SOPs, and technical reports.
• Collaborate with QA, Supply Chain, and global teams on lifecycle management.
• Assist in regulatory documents and inspections readiness.
