Job summary

Made Scientific, a Princeton-based cell therapy CDMO, seeks a Senior Engineer or Scientist, Manufacturing Sciences & Technology, to join onsite in Princeton. The role supports the transfer of client processes into GMP manufacturing, performing upstream and downstream processing, and contributing to process optimization and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Transfer processes from Development to the GMP facility for phase appropriate manufacture.
• Conduct upstream and downstream processing, analytical testing, and troubleshooting.
• Design experiments for process optimization and scale-up.
• Assist with documentation: SOPs, Batch Records, and Specifications.
• Support MSAT activities and cross-functional collaboration with Project Managers.
• Ensure compliance with FDA regulations and drive continuous improvement.
