Qualifications

• PhD in chemical/biochemical engineering with 4+ years industry experience.
• MS in chemical/biochemical engineering with 8+ years industry experience.
• B.S. with 10+ years hands-on industry experience.
• Experience in GMP environments, batch record execution/review, deviations, and investigations.

Responsibilities

• Site manufacturing support: provide day-to-day technical support for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Data trending and analysis: maintain data tracking system and control charts with cross-functional alignment.
• Deviation/CAPA: lead investigations and implement CAPAs with data.
• Technology Transfer & Process Validation: lead technology transfer activities and PPQ protocols.
• Cross-functional collaboration: act as MS&T lead at governance meetings and interface with multiple functions.
