Qualifications

• PhD in related field with 1+ year industry experience; or MS with 5+ years; or BS with 8+ years.
• GMP experience with batch records, deviations and investigations.
• Proficiency with statistical analysis and control charts.
• Strong technical writing and communication skills.
• Hands-on cell therapy process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Provide on‑the‑floor technical support for cell therapy manufacturing.
• Lead data trending and control chart analyses.
• Investigate deviations and lead CAPA implementation.
• Support tech transfers, validation, and regulatory deliverables.
• Train operators and develop SOPs and batch records.
