Job summary

Parsons is seeking an experienced CEI Senior Project Manager to lead highway and bridge construction engineering and inspection projects, serving as the main client contact while ensuring safety, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.

You will drive scope development, budgets, schedules, staffing, and performance reviews; collaborate with procurement and project managers; and maintain rigorous project documentation and safety practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in a technical or construction-related field is required.
• 12+ years of highway and bridge CEI experience.
• 3+ years in a managerial/leadership role at a field site.
• Active Texas PE license is required.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage scope of work, budgets, schedules, and project implementation plans.
• Coordinate requirements with clients to ensure high-quality deliverables.
• Collaborate to establish project schedule and budget and track progress.
• Identify staffing needs and select personnel for projects.
• Set objectives and conduct performance reviews for direct reports.
• Develop project documents and quality control processes.
• Implement and communicate project safety plans on site.
• Promote safety, security, and quality standards at the job site.
• Coordinate procurement of vendors for on-site tasks.
• Lead regular project meetings and report progression and issues to client and management.
• Prepare regular client reports and address concerns.
• Negotiate scope changes with client and subcontractors.
