With 10+ years in civil construction and a licensed engineer, you will oversee budgets, schedules, and compliance with OSHA, ISO, and industry standards, while mentoring staff and coordinating with sub-consultants and clients.

Qualifications

• Requires a minimum of 10 years of relevant experience in CEI/construction management.
• Licensed professional engineer preferred; strong leadership and client-relations skills required.
• Experience overseeing complex highway/roadway projects and teams.

Responsabilités

• Lead construction projects from inception to completion with strong client relations.
• Manage project teams, ensure safety, quality, and adherence to schedule and budget.
• Coordinate with sub-consultants, contractors, and design engineers.
• Monitor compliance with OSHA, ISO standards, and company policies.
• Prepare schedules, cost estimates, and document control for projects.
